Awoke around 9:30, and had scrambled eggs for breakfast. Got ready, and headed out with Andrés. He took me to the downtown part of Morelia. We walked around for a while, looked around some historic buildings, and went into an indoor market where vendors sell various things; mostly clothing and other little knick-knacks. I saw a shirt that I wanted for sale, but the lady only had it in a medium, I wanted a large. She had other colours of the same design, but me being stubborn, I wouldn’t change my mind. We went to another stand where we saw the same shirt, and they also only had medium. We continued on down the lane, and found another booth with a similar shirt. This man also didn’t have large, but said that if we came back in half an hour, he would have it in stock. So we left and came back about 45 minutes later, but the man hadn’t returned with the shirt. So we went to have Comida (afternoon lunch) at a place downtown, and returned a short time later. He had it in stock, and it only cost 120 Pesos (about $7.50 CAD). Being stubborn had payed off in the end! We drove around for a bit after, Andrés showed me some sights, and took me to the country club he frequents, where he took me on a tour of the grounds. Came home an relaxed for a bit. Left at 8:30 and went to the country club for dinner; Tacos. Excited to see their Christmas celebrations tomorrow!
